Can you take a video on Locket?

Locket is a lock screen app that enables users to customize their lock screen wallpaper and the type of content they want to see. However, one feature that users have been requesting is the ability to take a video on Locket.

Unfortunately, according to a recent video transcript, this feature does not seem to be available at the moment. When attempting to access the feature, the transcript notes that tapping on the screen only yielded a photo, and attempts to long-press or hold the screen yielded no additional options.

While Locket does offer a quick video recap feature in the history section, this is not the same as being able to take a video directly within the Locket widget itself. As of now, it does not appear that this particular feature is live on the iOS app.

Although it is not clear if or when Locket will introduce the ability to take videos on their platform, it is clear that users have a strong desire for this feature. Whether it comes in a future update or is still in development, it remains to be seen.

In the meantime, Locket users will have to settle for only being able to take photos on the app. Perhaps this limitation will encourage them to get creative with their lock screen pictures.
