Can’t post video in TikTok Now.. what to do?

hello everyone so when I'm trying to post a new tick tock now a video I can't do it so when I tap post view it's a stand for folder hall for video and I'm holding or yeah I'm holding on this button in the bottom but then again if the video is not being recorded it's just still it creates a photo so I don't know what what it can be then but basically that's uh yeah that's that and then okay I can try again but maybe it's just because I have iPhone 7 or it's a bit older phone or something like that but yeah I just want I tap and hold and then yeah I can't post video um so if you have the same issues leave some comments below interesting to know like what can be the issue and yeah all of that um hope that is helpful
