DALL-E 2 - what is it?

so what is dull e2 so this is a very interesting project from openai.com uh which can uh this is basically new ai systems that can create realistic images and art from a description in natural language so you can you can join the white list and yeah and then basically you can see some examples here so for example an astronaut riding a horse in photorealistic style in style of andy warhol as a pencil drawing like teddy bears so you can see all of this different images which this app generated so that's kind of actually super cool delhi or doll e2 i don't know can make realistic addicts to exist images from a natural language caption it can add and remove elements while taking shadows reflections and textures in the account [Music] sled location to add the flamingo so as you can see it's not like it's just copy pastes the you know the flamingo uh it changes its shape depending on the location that's amazing dali can take an image and create different variations of it inspired by the original so that's really cool uh delhi has learned the relationship between images and the text used to describe them use a process called diffusion which starts with a pattern of random dots and gradually alters that pattern towards an image when it recognizes specific aspects of that image and then so in january 21 open ai introduced dull e and then one year later our new system.e2 generates more realistic and accurate images with forex greater resolution so something around that as you can see here uh [Music] delhi is two is a research project which we currently do not make a while in our api as part of our effort to develop and deploy ai responsibly we are studying limitations so yep so yeah that's about it so you can join the waitlist here so that's about that and then you can just get on the white list here so yeah that's the app super interesting try it out
