Fetch Rewards app - no internet connection error

so when I'm trying to access fetch Rewards app it shows me this error no internet connection we are unable to access your Internet to log in please check your connection and try again so that's basically that I don't know why it's happening because I have my internet Wi-Fi and it's working well with other apps and with internet browser but here it just doesn't work so I don't know either it's internet or maybe it can also be that you are just browsing this app outside of United States I think some of the apps are just restricted to be used in USA or some other countries and territories so maybe if you are traveling that's that's the issue that's why this error is appearing so I hope this can be helpful thank you for watching
