How to change Skip Forward time on YouTube?

did you know that if on youtube you go to settings by typing your profile and in top right on mobile app and setting tapping settings then go to general here you can change the default skip forward and back option so like i always saw that it's always default just for 10 seconds like you know if you tap on youtube video with arrows to like you know or just tap on your mobile phone and you can basically forward 10 seconds uh but seems it's not only 10 seconds you can all also change it to 60 seconds 5 seconds 30 seconds 2015 something around it so that's that's basically the idea uh yeah so something like that um that's you can change that
