so to contact support in within the smart home app you just need to open the app and then you can just tap learn more and then in the bottom you says have questions and then you can just tap contact within today and then you can contact the wind otherwise you can always just go to the App Store you can just search for Vivint app and then when you go to any app on the App Store you will be able to reach out to support section for every app there is like a dedicated oops something is not loading so here it is and then you can just go here through the writings and review and then tap on app support and here you'll be a redirected to support.viving.com and then in the bottom right you have this option to chat with an expert and then this is like online chat which you can open and start chatting so there you have it
