How to manually upload one photo in Google Photos?

so how to manually upload just one photo or just few more photos in google photos because i have my backup disabled so i just tap here and then just tap on the cloud to upload this photo so yep and then it's just uploaded and that's it so that's basically how it works um yep so that's the idea hope it is helpful
