How to receive SWEAT in SWEATCOIN app?

so if you're using sweatcoin app uh you can send and receive sweatcoin so for example here I just got a notification that someone sent me some sweatcoin and then yeah I can see that I received some sweat coin from someone and then I can see rewards and then I can see home and then um yeah so someone just sent me this and as you can see that's basically I received that so something like that so um yep so you can transfer you can send you can add uh you can top up you can grow at in the uh you're in the growth jars so something like that
