to turn off remixing in instagram rails just tap three dots in the bottom right and then you can just tap turn off remixing no one will be able to create new video mixes with this real existing remixes will not be affected unless you delete your real turning off remixing does not affect your original audio which anyone can use then you can just tap turn off so that's basically it and then you can allow remixing again and then also you can turn off commenting for your instagram reel
