How to turn on Background Sounds on iPhone?

so here is ios 15 and if you swipe up there is an option here which is called background sounds and by default they are off you can then enable them here and then you can connect a compatible audio device to use live releasing but here are some like sounds you can select your like dark noise ocean which is pretty cool like you want to focus you can just use this culture and then you can just turn that off hope that was helpful
