hey there so how to connect Spotify or apple music to just fit lazy workout app so when you start in the workout so for example here just start thank you for clicking the top part you have music and then you can enable audio guidance background music and then you can just tap to connect and then it will open Spotify or apple music and you will just have access to that so you can you can definitely try those and yeah that's basically the idea how you can use that and then just add your music and then you can just stream uh and then you can stream to your Apple TV or any other device and just have a nice workout with me that's pretty handy um excellent thank you so that's basically that
