Roboco Chat Bot app - doesn’t work

so here I have this app called roboco chatbot and when I try to open it up it just doesn't work so I don't know what okay so so finally seems it's working it wasn't working before for me so yeah but after a lot in the a few times I'm trying here and there it seems it's working
